Senior Account Director - Medical Communications

Job Summary

To support the growth of medical communications services, the full-time Senior Account Director - Medical Communications will manage business development activities, secure new client partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrates RFP strategy calls, develops client proposals, and negotiates contracts to achieve sales goals
• Conducts cold calls and client visits while maintaining sales databases and activity reports
• Ensures client satisfaction through regular communication and addresses any client concerns or requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the CRO space
• Direct sales experience with a proven track record in developing business contacts
• Experience in selling medical communications services is highly desirable
• Proficient in sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs
