Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Director, Patient (DTC) to lead direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic direction for patient/DTC brands and develop engagement strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and oversee integrated omnichannel DTC campaigns
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business efforts, including pitch leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar) is a plus
- 12+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare advertising with a focus on patient (DTC) marketing
- Proven track record of leading large accounts and delivering integrated campaigns
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment and patient journey mapping
- Commercial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue growth
