Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to expand its client base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target potential clients, demonstrating how solutions can meet their needs
- Cultivate customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives
- Manage the sales cycle and ensure smooth transition of won customers to Customer Success
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales
- Proven success in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or HR Technology
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market organizations; Enterprise experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline by sourcing opportunities
- Recognized as a subject matter expert with experience coaching or mentoring others
