Job Summary

Serving as the primary post-sale contact for clients, the full-time Senior Account Executive will manage strategic partnerships, drive account growth and retention, and ensure exceptional client experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with assigned client accounts, acting as a strategic advisor
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while leading the renewal process to enhance account growth and revenue
  • Guide clients in product utilization and best practices to maximize value and prevent churn
Required qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in Customer Success or as an Account Executive
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, and related benefits administration
  • Proven track record in managing strategic client relationships and achieving revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms, such as Salesforce
