Job Summary
Serving as the primary post-sale contact for clients, the full-time Senior Account Executive will manage strategic partnerships, drive account growth and retention, and ensure exceptional client experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with assigned client accounts, acting as a strategic advisor
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while leading the renewal process to enhance account growth and revenue
- Guide clients in product utilization and best practices to maximize value and prevent churn
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Customer Success or as an Account Executive
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, and related benefits administration
- Proven track record in managing strategic client relationships and achieving revenue targets
- Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms, such as Salesforce
