Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing customer portfolios to identify solution gaps and upsell opportunities
  • Cultivate and expand the customer base while managing opportunities within the company's solutions offerings
  • Utilize CRM tools for daily management of business accounts and engage internal/external resources for effective operations
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in IT sales or services
  • Proven track record of success in the Value Added Reseller (VAR) industry
  • Knowledge of various aspects of IT and their interrelations
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex IT solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
