Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing customer portfolios to identify solution gaps and upsell opportunities
- Cultivate and expand the customer base while managing opportunities within the company's solutions offerings
- Utilize CRM tools for daily management of business accounts and engage internal/external resources for effective operations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT sales or services
- Proven track record of success in the Value Added Reseller (VAR) industry
- Knowledge of various aspects of IT and their interrelations
- Strong negotiation skills for complex IT solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
