Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business across target markets
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and high-value customer accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS preferred
• Proven experience in onboarding and customer success pipelines
• Relationship management experience with the ability to collect and communicate customer feedback
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
