Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive (Am Law) to drive growth within their AM Law 100 account portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans for revenue growth and client retention
- Build and maintain relationships with legal decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles
- Conduct research on firm-specific challenges and collaborate with internal teams for client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of AM Law firms and legal industry trends
- Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6-12+ months
- Proven track record in negotiating and landing large cases and MSA agreements
- Executive presence to engage C-suite and senior partners
- Experience in strategic account planning and articulating ROI metrics
