Job Summary

- Acquire new accounts and expand the install base through prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that drive business results and achieve revenue goals
- Establish a routine aligned with business growth and collaborate with various departments to create account plans
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding bookings targets
- Experience selling to IT buyers, contact center leaders, helpdesk leaders, or customer support leaders
- Strong growth mindset and resilience
- Competence in territory and account development
- Business acumen and technical aptitude; proficiency in Sales CRM tools is a plus
