Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding bookings targets
  • Experience selling to IT buyers, contact center leaders, helpdesk leaders, or customer support leaders
  • Strong growth mindset and resilience
  • Competence in territory and account development
  • Business acumen and technical aptitude; proficiency in Sales CRM tools is a plus
