Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Executive to nurture relationships with mid-market customers and help them maximize their impact using the company's solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, qualifying and overseeing sales efforts
- Generate approximately 50% of the pipeline through proactive outbound efforts
- Lead the entire sales process, from discovery and demos to negotiations, aiming for a minimum 35% deal closure rate
Required Qualifications
- Strong desire to learn and grow in technology sales
- Proven track record of achieving at least 95% of annual quotas in a quota-carrying role
- Ability to self-source 50% of total deals through proactive efforts
- Proficiency in Salesforce for accurate record-keeping
- In-depth understanding of the company's solutions and ability to communicate their value effectively
