Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive who will drive revenue growth through inbound sales and enhance the enrollment experience for prospective students and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
  • Own relationships with prospective students and families, ensuring a smooth enrollment process
  • Close deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and align strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
  • Proven success in selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot, with experience in data management
  • Comfort with data and reporting, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
