Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, life sciences, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment, with at least 2 years in market access or healthcare communications
• Experience managing multi-channel tactical projects from initiation to delivery
• Ability to oversee and guide junior team members effectively
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and market access principles
