Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the go-to-market strategy for the Banking & Wealth category, focusing on client acquisition and performance optimization
• Drive revenue growth initiatives through data-driven analysis and marketplace insights while managing partner ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives and enhance marketplace performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or strategic partnerships, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large budgets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and performance analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics)
