Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales
- Proven success in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, HR Technology
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market organizations; Enterprise experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline by sourcing opportunities independently
- Recognized for exceptional sales achievements and consistently exceeding targets
