Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and target potential clients while demonstrating how the company's solutions can meet their needs
  • Cultivate customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives
  • Manage the sales cycle and ensure a smooth transition of new customers to Customer Success
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales
  • Proven success in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or HR technology
  • Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market organizations; Enterprise experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline by sourcing opportunities independently
  • Recognized for exceptional sales achievements and consistently exceeding targets
