Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to maximize client satisfaction and retention while driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and delivering high-quality support
  • Manage assigned block of TPA's/groups, including onboarding new clients and implementing processes
  • Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues


Required Qualifications
  • 4 Year College/University Degree or 15+ years of industry work experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in client management, preferably in insurance or related industries
  • Hands-on knowledge of CMS systems and ability to manage client-specific workflows
  • Experience coordinating client meetings and presenting reports
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings
