Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to maximize client satisfaction and retention while driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and delivering high-quality support
- Manage assigned block of TPA's/groups, including onboarding new clients and implementing processes
- Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year College/University Degree or 15+ years of industry work experience
- 7-10 years of experience in client management, preferably in insurance or related industries
- Hands-on knowledge of CMS systems and ability to manage client-specific workflows
- Experience coordinating client meetings and presenting reports
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings
