Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target potential clients while demonstrating how the company's solutions can meet their needs
- Cultivate customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational goals
- Manage the sales cycle and ensure a smooth transition of new customers to Customer Success
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or HR Technology sectors
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market organizations; Enterprise experience is a plus
- Proven ability to build a pipeline by sourcing opportunities independently
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and achieving long-term success
