Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth through inbound sales and enhance the enrollment experience for students and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to assess their needs and recommend appropriate programs
  • Manage relationships with prospective students and families throughout the enrollment journey, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast enrollments
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
  • Proven success in selling premium service packages, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience with data reporting and analysis, including Excel or Google Sheets
  • Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
