Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive (Publications).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned publications accounts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets
• Lead client meetings, maintain communication, and manage expectations related to publication scope and milestones
• Inspire and motivate internal teams to deliver compliant scientific work while ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in medical communications, publications, and regulatory workflows
• BA/BS in a scientific or medical field strongly preferred
• CMPP certification required or strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical company SOPs and Good Publication Practice (GPP)
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and publication management systems preferred
