Job Summary
Senior Account Executive, responsible for engaging key stakeholders in the technical hiring process, driving sales through outbound prospecting, and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams, in a full-time, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
- Break into key target accounts through outbound prospecting aligned with prospects' objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve predefined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets using a value-based selling approach
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years as an Account Executive
- A hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and engage executive buyers with innovative solutions
- Team player with a positive attitude and high energy
- Proficiency with SalesForce CRM; experience with Gong and Apollo is a plus
