Job Summary
Driving business growth, the full-time Senior Account Executive will develop strategic staffing accounts, expand customer relationships, and create proposals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business with strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and local businesses
- Expand and retain existing customers to increase market share and achieve sales metrics
- Build and develop proposals and pricing models for clients
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in staffing sales
- Proven ability to provide strategic consultative support to customers
- Demonstrated proficiency in business development and relationship building
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions
