Job Summary

Driving business growth, the full-time Senior Account Executive will develop strategic staffing accounts, expand customer relationships, and create proposals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop business with strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and local businesses
  • Expand and retain existing customers to increase market share and achieve sales metrics
  • Build and develop proposals and pricing models for clients
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in staffing sales
  • Proven ability to provide strategic consultative support to customers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business development and relationship building
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions
