Job Summary
Driving new business growth within the Youth & Education market, the full-time remote Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for the Camp & Class Manager (CCM) SaaS solution, engaging with private K-12 schools and youth-serving organizations while balancing self-generated and inbound opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute a sales plan focused on the CCM product within the Youth & Education market
- Prospect and develop new opportunities across private K-12 schools, school networks, and youth-serving organizations
- Lead consultative sales motions, coordinating all aspects of the sales process including discovery, demos, proposals, and contract negotiation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or consultative sales environment
- Experience managing full sales cycles with moderate deal complexity and multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to generate pipeline while effectively working inbound and SDR-supported opportunities
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience in education, youth services, or similar markets preferred
- Highly organized with CRM hygiene experience (Salesforce or similar)
