Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for driving pipeline generation and expanding market share in Operations Service Management and IT Operations through consultative sales and relationship building with enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Developing a long-term sales pipeline to enhance market presence in Operations Service Management
- Driving demand for OSM solutions and identifying new operational use cases for existing customers
- Establishing consultative relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to shape OSM strategies
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience in software or consulting services
- Strong understanding of IT Operations, Service Management, and related enterprise challenges
- Proven experience in consultative selling and account planning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- Typically 8-12 years of advanced sales experience, particularly in Operations Service Management
