Job Summary

Driven and entrepreneurial, the full-time remote Senior Account Executive will manage inbound sales through consultative calls with parents and students, guiding them through the admissions process while building relationships and closing deals to meet revenue goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
  • Own the relationship with prospective students and families from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and provide feedback on market trends and competitor offerings
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
  • Proven success in selling premium or high-value service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot, with experience maintaining clean data
  • Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
