Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

Serving as the primary customer contact on a project management level, the full-time Senior Account Executive will manage day-to-day account workload, execute tactical objectives aligned with brand strategy, and foster relationships with customers and colleagues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tactical work by securing information for the internal team and communicating with the brand team
• Drive customer processes by understanding customer requirements and effectively completing projects
• Stay current with brand information, data, strategy, and competitive dynamics to support strategic goals

Required qualifications

• 2 years of relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or related disciplines, or 1+ years of agency experience, or 1+ years in a Project Management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
