Job Summary
Owning a quota and managing complex sales cycles, the full-time Senior Account Executive will source, close, and expand enterprise accounts in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including sourcing and closing new accounts, ensuring successful launches, and driving post-sale expansion
- Close multi-stakeholder deals within the B2B segment, focusing on high-value contracts and measurable ROI
- Develop and execute account and territory plans, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5-8 years in a SaaS or technical sales role, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in B2B SaaS or technical enterprise sales, preferably in retail or logistics
- Experience in leading consultative sales cycles with six-figure-plus annual contract values
- Strong skills in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for effective pipeline management
- Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment operations or related platforms is a plus
