Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to architect and lead the strategic growth of enterprise portfolios in a fully remote role, focusing on high-impact leadership, revenue generation, and mentorship while managing a significant book of business in the Bay Area.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the P&L for the account management organization, ensuring high-margin delivery and meeting aggressive growth targets
- Design long-term retention frameworks to transform initial engagements into multi-year strategic alliances
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to account managers, guiding them through complex negotiations and organizational dynamics
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in account management or management consulting, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing and growing a $20M+ book of business in digital services or software engineering
- Expert-level financial acumen with a strong understanding of profitability and contract structures
- Masterful presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical risks to C-suite audiences
- Ability to challenge technical roadmaps with data-backed strategic alternatives
