Job Summary

Driven and entrepreneurial, the full-time remote Senior Account Executive will lead consultative sales calls with parents and students, build relationships throughout the enrollment process, and innovate strategies to maximize conversion rates while meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to recommend suitable programs based on their goals
  • Own relationships with prospective students and families, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience
  • Close deals and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback on market trends
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
  • Proven success in selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot, with experience in maintaining data integrity
  • Comfort with data and reporting, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
