Job Summary

Driving the full sales cycle, the full-time Senior Account Executive will manage a book of business remotely, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals while becoming an expert in Yelp's suite of restaurant solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients through disciplined pipeline management and prospecting
  • Drive inside sales activities, including introductory calls, needs assessment, and deal closure
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals while adapting product recommendations to meet client needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 18 months or more of outbound sales experience
  • Experience with restaurant technology such as reservation and waitlist systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in general computer skills, with experience in Salesforce preferred
  • Positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
