Job Summary
To drive net-new revenue and strategic expansion within existing customers, the full-time Senior Account Executive will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Americas, focusing on complex deal execution and executive-level engagement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving revenue and strategic expansion
- Lead the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Engage with VP- and C-level stakeholders to position Mattermost as a strategic platform
Required qualifications
- Proven enterprise sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software with a track record of closing complex deals
- Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle within large enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV)
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience delivering effective product demonstrations
- Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
- Excellent written and presentation skills, comfortable in a remote-first environment
