Job Summary
Experienced sellers will find a full-time Senior Account Executive opportunity focused on managing personal quotas, coaching fellow sales representatives, and refining sales processes in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run full-cycle deals on strategic opportunities while modeling high standards for the sales team
- Coach and develop new logo account executives and expansion account managers on sales strategies and techniques
- Build and continuously refine sales motion stages and supporting collateral to ensure a repeatable sales process
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience selling to enterprise content creators in areas such as learning & development or marketing
- Prior experience in senior individual contributor or player-coach roles
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and practices
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
