Job Summary
Owning a full-cycle book of mid-market and enterprise accounts, the fully remote Senior Account Executive will manage pipelines, drive deals, and close sales while leveraging AI tools and collaborating with a high-accountability team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, ensuring precise pipeline management and multi-stakeholder engagement
- Build outbound pipeline when inbound slows, utilizing research, targeting, and high-activity prospecting
- Lead by sharing best practices, providing feedback, and contributing to team success beyond individual performance
Required qualifications
- Several years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Significant outbound sales experience, demonstrating the ability to build pipelines from scratch
- Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder, value-based sales processes
- Genuine fluency in AI tools and their application in sales workflows
- Startup experience with adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment
