Job Summary
Owning enterprise deals end-to-end, the full-time Senior Account Executive will engage in complex discovery, technical selling, and closing processes while working remotely to drive the adoption of stablecoins and programmable money.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to handoff to Customer Success
- Lead product demonstrations and handle technical discussions without a Sales Engineer
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene while navigating complex stakeholder environments
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience closing B2B deals in payments, fintech, or API infrastructure
- Proven ability to conduct multi-threaded discovery across various buyer types
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing self-generated pipeline
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Background in mentoring junior team members is preferred
