Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and project execution, the full-time Senior Account Executive will oversee project scope, ensure client alignment, and communicate project status while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as the client-facing project lead, ensuring alignment and compliance with client objectives and agency processes
• Conducts regular client status meetings and manages project timelines in partnership with Project Management
• Maintains accurate project financials and supports the Account lead in tracking project expenses and reconciliations

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in account services within the advertising or similar industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Client-facing experience with a professional and customer-service oriented approach
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
