Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive (Americas) to champion the advantages of remote work and shape the future of distributed work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get prospects excited about the global employment platform and the opportunity remote employment offers to expand their business
- Speak with HR, legal, finance, and C-level stakeholders to highlight how the company can help them on their remote work journey
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and conversations with HR and hiring functions of remote-first and remote-open companies
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience with proven success in closing small or mid-market deals
- Ability to generate and manage sales pipelines using data-driven strategies to identify, qualify, nurture, and advance leads
- Experience with B2B prospecting tools and tactics such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, LeadIQ, and Cognism
- Experience in an autonomous, distributed, and global atmosphere with strong collaboration and proactive approach
- Drive for social impact mission and desire to influence global change and employment opportunities
