Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company
  • Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
