Job Summary

Driving revenue and building partnerships, the full-time Senior Account Executive, Federal (Civilian) will identify and engage with senior decision-makers within U.S. Federal Government civilian agencies, managing the sales process from start to finish in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop innovative strategies to win new customers and grow territory value
  • Engage with multiple levels within customer accounts to maximize engagement and success
  • Build a network of executive relationships to identify sales opportunities and monitor pipeline growth
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software solutions to U.S. Federal Government civilian agencies
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding direct sales goals of $1.5M+ with an average deal size of $250k+
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales approach
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and growing existing customer accounts
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic territory plans effectively
