Senior Account Executive - Medical Communications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive in Medical Communications (Publications) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned publications accounts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
• Lead client status meetings, maintain communication, and ensure alignment on project scope and timelines
• Inspire and motivate teams to deliver compliant scientific work while managing project risks and ensuring quality control

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in medical communications publications within a pharmaceutical or agency environment
• BA/BS in a scientific or medical field strongly preferred
• CMPP certification required or strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical company SOPs and Good Publication Practice (GPP)
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and publication management systems preferred
