Senior Account Executive - Medical Communications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive in Medical Communications (Publications).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee the delivery of publications projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Develop and monitor project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure accurate execution of scientific materials
• Lead internal teams to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality work, while identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in medical communications publications
• BA/BS degree with a scientific or medical focus strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical company SOPs and Good Publication Practice (GPP)
• CMPP certification required or strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and publication management systems
