Job Summary
Driving the full sales cycle, the full-time Senior Account Executive, SaaS will manage a portfolio of clients remotely, focusing on prospecting, closing deals, and becoming an expert in Yelp's product offerings for restaurant solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a book of business through disciplined pipeline management and prospecting
- Drive sales through inside sales techniques, including making introductory calls and closing deals
- Become knowledgeable about Yelp's products and adapt recommendations to meet client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 18 months or more of outbound sales experience
- Experience with restaurant technology is a plus
- Proficiency in general computer skills; experience with Salesforce is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to engage via phone
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
