Job Summary
Driving sales in the Higher Education sector, the full-time Senior Account Executive, Tableau will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire analytics platform, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key customer stakeholder relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive value from Tableau investments
- Coordinate internal resources to align account strategy with customer business objectives and assist in account planning
- Manage complex sales cycles, present value propositions to C-level executives, and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting and pipeline management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales, particularly with large enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment, engaging with various partners
- Strong execution focus and urgency, aligned with Tableau's mission
- Technical proficiency to address customer data challenges effectively
- Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
