Job Summary

To drive strategic growth in healthcare offerings, the full-time Senior Account Executive with Clinical Trial Experience will manage client relationships and oversee patient recruitment campaigns for clinical trials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic recruitment programs and deliverables
• Own workstreams from inception through completion, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to budgets
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts and monitor project performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• 2-3 years of life science/healthcare communications experience, including leading patient recruitment programs
• Interest in client services and project management
• Working knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, including digital and direct-to-patient marketing
• Empathetic approach and experience working effectively in a team environment
