Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and relationships for assigned client accounts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and revenue generation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years in client service/account management, preferably in a BPO/contact center environment
  • Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions and services sales
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Experience with contract management and long sales cycles
