Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and relationships for assigned client accounts
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and revenue generation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years in client service/account management, preferably in a BPO/contact center environment
- Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions and services sales
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Experience with contract management and long sales cycles
