Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the account management team, ensuring they understand client needs and drive net dollar retention
  • Manage and report on key operational metrics for team and individual performance
  • Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify additional sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams
  • Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $15-20M+ annually
  • Proven success in negotiating deals above $100k in ACV
  • Strong understanding of building account plans and tracking performance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into impactful decisions
