Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams
- Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $15-20M+ annually
- Proven success in negotiating deals above $100k in ACV
- Strong understanding of building account plans and tracking performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into impactful decisions
