Senior Account Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers while overseeing client relationships
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering measurable results
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 8+ years of client-facing account management experience in a digital agency environment
• 4+ years of experience managing direct reports, preferably within an agency environment
• Deep understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, & Shopify)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to forecast revenue and track performance
