Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of account management professionals, the full-time Senior Account Management Manager will oversee client relationships, drive renewals and upsells, and develop strategic growth initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support account management representatives to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and drive net dollar retention
- Report on key operational metrics for team and individual performance while collaborating with marketing to generate qualified leads
- Recruit, hire, and nurture a high-performing account management team, while fostering trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales or Account Management teams
- Proven track record managing a gross revenue quota of $15-20M+ annually
- Experience negotiating deals exceeding $100k in annual contract value (ACV)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast pipeline and identify trends
- Hands-on leadership style focused on team development and performance tracking
