Job Summary

Leading a team of 3-5 Account Managers, the full-time Senior Account Management Manager will oversee a key portfolio of clients, ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing services while driving revenue growth and strategic direction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach Account Managers, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Directly own a portfolio of 5-6 accounts, serving as a strategic partner and overseeing campaign execution
• Monitor team performance and client deliverables, ensuring alignment with KPIs and overall client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• A minimum of 2 years managing direct reports
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including PPC, SEO, and social media
• Proven experience in developing account growth strategies and managing key client relationships
