Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage customers through key lifecycle events
  • Own renewals, upsells, and revenue forecasting targets
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, milestones, and vision to customers
Required Qualifications:
  • Significant experience managing relationships with enterprise customers
  • Industry experience in urban planning, real estate development, or public affairs
  • Proven success exceeding revenue targets and delivering KPIs
  • Comfortable meeting with large customer teams at the VP level and above
  • Strong consultative approach to problem-solving and project management
