Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regional Account Manager (Remote, SINGAPORE).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute an Account Strategy for customer satisfaction and business growth
• Understand client business value and communicate effectively to stakeholders
• Lead business review calls and collaborate with internal functions to resolve client issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
• 8 - 10 years of experience in managing global and/or regional accounts
• Experience in strategic account management including revenue forecasting and budgeting
• Strong leadership and consultative skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local dialect is a bonus
