Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Account Manager to manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets for acquisition, retention, and growth
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive growth through new customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute account strategies and establish strong customer partnerships throughout the lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and/or customer renewals
  • Demonstrated experience with new business, renewal forecasting, quoting, and opportunity management
  • Experience in managing customer relationships in a B2B environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Formal understanding of the sales cycle stages and consultative selling
