Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Account Manager to manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed quarterly and annual targets for acquisition, retention, and growth
- Consult with stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive growth through new customer acquisition
- Develop and execute account strategies and establish strong customer partnerships throughout the lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and/or customer renewals
- Demonstrated experience with new business, renewal forecasting, quoting, and opportunity management
- Experience in managing customer relationships in a B2B environment
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Formal understanding of the sales cycle stages and consultative selling
