Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager, Group Benefits (West Region).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers managing group benefits plans
• Provide education and support on products and services to clients and stakeholders
• Identify and recommend process improvements and champion organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in a customer and/or broker facing role is preferred
• Management/leadership experience is a plus
