Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Manager, Group Benefits (West Region).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers managing group benefits plans
- Provide education and support on products and services to clients and stakeholders
- Identify and recommend process improvements and champion organizational initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in a customer and/or broker facing role is preferred
- Management/leadership experience is a plus
